    Nothing wrong with expansion by way of acquisitions but S & G was very aggressive. I have mates in S & G but haven't really asked them what they thought of their chances of surviving redundancy rounds in December, I heard.

    It is when you rely on expansion to generate cashflow and then expansion stops........

    That was the issue, not just in UK but over here. Have you got S & G clients coming over to you in the last few weeks or so re conveyancing?
