Quite an interesting development in the crowdfunding space - will be interesting to see how well it works.

They are utilising Invest in Startups | Equity Crowdfunding | MicroVentures to facilitate the investment transactions. Based on a quick search, I haven't been able to find out whether they allow non-US citizens to invest via their platform - everything I've read seems to be US-specific.
