If I have the need for a cleaner / maintenance man a couple of times a week would it be easier to employ them on a job to job basis and for them to apply for an ABN and Bill me for their services at the end of the week / month? This is the system I used in the past but never knew if it was the best way to go? Other options I'm guessing are handing it over to a sub contract cleaning company and calling them up when needed. Though under this scenario I'd probably be dealing with different personnel for each job which would come with the concern of quality control. Does how I structure the business have any bearing on how I should employ people?
